What to Expect for Corporate Chair massage
Ideally for the most benefit within this program you should try to adhere to a 1 hour (minimum) timeframe for which we can administer our services.
Location - Your licensed massage professional will work from whatever area you may deem accessible, open, and well lit. This will create a safe, warm and refreshing feel to the recipient of the massage services. We also will provide soft music if permitted that would not disturb the environment; this allows the employees to get away during the moment that they are in the chair.
Sign in Process - A sign up sheet will be provided to you prior to the booking. You will decide the length of the massages; 15 minute massages are the most common request, but 5, 10, 20 or 30 minute massages are also available. Along with the sign in sheet there will be a health history disclosure included within the sign in sheet; this is for everyone’s safety and protection.
Payment Process - If you as the client chose to utilize Option 3; the way we collect payment is as follows: The employees will all identify how many minutes they will each receive and then provide all funds to a designated person. Once that person has received all funds they will create a company check or personal check made out to “Oregon Health & Wellness”. For example 10 people choose to have 10 minute massages each, and possibly add a 20% gratuity as well. The total payment owed would be $180 dollars, that amount would be put into a check and then given to an Oregon Health & Wellness rep once services have been completed.

Cancellation policy Please contact us at least 8 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel; to avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you. For advanced bookings such as special events and corporate onsite engagements we require at least 24 hours notice prior to schedule appointment.
